What Are Custom Forms?

Custom Forms let you build fully customizable forms and attach them as buttons on your digital business card. When someone taps the button, they see your form, fill it out, and you get notified instantly.

You get 12 field types to work with — short text, long text, email, phone, date, number, URL, multiple choice, radio buttons, and more. Whether you need a simple contact form or a detailed intake questionnaire, you can build it in minutes.
