Every form submission and every contact lands in your dashboard. There are two places to view them depending on what you're after.
Contacts dashboard
Open Contacts from the main menu. This is the master list of everyone who's sent their info to you, from any card or form. Each contact shows their name, email, phone, source (which card or form they came through), and the date.
Click a contact to see the full record: every field they submitted, any notes, and (where applicable) the raw text from a scanned paper business card.
Form entries
Open Settings → Forms and pick a form to see only that form's submissions. This view shows answers field by field, which is useful for custom forms with non-standard questions (budget, timeline, etc.).
Exporting to CSV
Both views have an Export button.
- From the Contacts dashboard, the export is a flat CSV of every contact, one row per person.
- From a form's Entries view, the export includes every answer to every field on that form, so it's the right export if you want the custom data.
CSVs are generated on the fly and download immediately. They include headers, so they import cleanly into Excel, Google Sheets, or your CRM.
Email notifications
Notification settings live with the card or form that generates the submissions.
- For the default contact-back form on a card, open the card editor and find the notification setting under the contact form section. Options: every contact, daily digest, or none.
- For custom forms, open the form and set the notification recipients (the team owner and any other team members you pick).
Editing or deleting a contact
Open a contact's detail page. You can edit any field (handy for fixing typos in someone's email) and you can delete the contact entirely from the menu.
Deleting a contact is permanent and won't reverse a sync to HubSpot or Salesforce; you'd need to clean those up in the CRM separately.
CRM and Zapier sync
If you've connected HubSpot, Salesforce, or Zapier, every new contact and form submission is pushed there too. The sync is automatic and happens in the background within a few seconds of submission.
