Two numbers control how big your account can grow: users and business cards. They're separate, and they're counted differently. This is the part of pricing that trips most people up, so it's worth a minute to read.
Users vs. cards
A user is a person with their own login. Each user has an email address and a password and can sign in to manage cards. If three colleagues want to log in to your account, that's three users.
A business card is a digital card with its own URL, QR code, and Apple/Google Wallet pass. One user can own several cards (for example, a different card per language, role, or event). A single person can also have just one card.
Both are counted against your plan's limits independently. Hitting one limit doesn't affect the other.

How to pick
- One person, just want a card to share at events? Starter.
- Solo, but you want a lead-capture form and a few more cards? Plus.
- A small or mid-size team, multiple people with their own cards, maybe a CRM connection? Team.
- Larger org, hundreds of cards, SSO required? The largest plan on the pricing page, or Enterprise.
What happens if you hit a limit
If you try to create a card or invite a user that would put you over the limit, you'll see a message asking you to upgrade. Existing cards and users keep working. You can upgrade from the team page at any time, and you can also downgrade if you're below the lower plan's limits.
